Their “Summer Swoll Series” focuses on a different 30 minute workout every Wednesday. Each week they will focus on a different area of the body and provide the details for a quick, effective workout on their Facebook pages. Super helpful, super quick, super awesome!
It’s not uncommon for EdR communities to provide refreshments to their residents and guests, but Lokal Apartments in Fort Collins, CO just stepped up their refreshment game. Infused water is now available for their residents with different fresh fruit flavors and yummy snacks to go along with it. It’s a great way to provide a refreshing treat for their residents and a great way to show their residents how easy, and tasty, it is to drink plenty of water every day, especially in the warmer months.

They have set up a hydration station for residents to come get a fresh drink during office hours. Water flavored with fresh fruits and other refreshing goodies are available along with free cups. A perfect addition for the warmer summer months and a great reminder of how important it is to keep our bodies healthy and hydrated.
